PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Crafting a Minimalist Careers Site to Reflect Dropbox’s Innovative Culture

The goal was to design a careers website that embodied Dropbox’s clean, minimalist aesthetic while showcasing its innovation in remote collaboration. Despite a parallel EVP design update, we aligned the new site with evolving branding.

Through streamlined layouts, subtle animations, and clear navigation, the site invites candidates to explore opportunities and envision a future in a company that values simplicity and creativity.

Leading Client Engagement, Driving Design, and Aligning the Brand Experience

My role was to serve as the primary design liaison with the client, guiding them through each stage of the process. I led presentations and consultations, ensuring the vision stayed on track. Working hands-on with the senior design team, crafting key elements like navigation and core layouts.

I also coordinated directly with the branding agency on the EVP refresh, ensuring every detail aligned with the updated brand. The result was a cohesive, user-focused experience that reflected Dropbox’s clarity and ambition.
