PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Designing a Cloud Careers Hub that Showcases Innovation and Growth

The focus of this project was to develop a careers site that reflects Nutanix’s leadership in hybrid cloud technology and its culture of innovation. The aim was to create a dynamic digital environment where tech professionals could explore how they fit into a future of simplified enterprise IT. By emphasising interaction, collaboration, and growth, the site was designed to inspire talent eager to drive innovation in cloud computing.

Bringing Nutanix’s Employer Brand to Life Through Structured, Collaborative Design

My role was to lead the design of the careers experience, acting as the primary design contact throughout client presentations and consultations. Working closely with Nutanix and their internal teams, I translated evolving requirements into clear direction for the senior design team, ensuring a cohesive response to the brief.

Collaboration across development, motion, and planning was key to aligning design with functionality, particularly in creating a more engaging and brand-led experience. This approach helped simplify a complex product offering into a clear, accessible journey for candidates.
